As Manager Security of a Sugar Mills, I had to look after the assests of JDW and its sister concerns to include United Sugar Mills and JK Dairies. For this I had a task force which comprised of Security Officers, Security Supervisors and Security Guards. We worked on 8 hours’ shift basis. Three concerns that I was managing was distant apart and they were traversed by me at intervals and also on surprise basis. We had a proper system of Gate and all allied documents etc were being maintained by us on regular basis. I used to have surprise night visits of the outfits as well.
