Achievements
-Improved LPG, NGL (on Cryogenic process by further reducing Turbo Expander outlet temperature) and reduced propane slippage in sales gas from 0.7mole% to 0.4 mole%.
-Improved LPG plant efficiency from 61% to 84% (Propane based) on Mechanical Refrigeration by Injecting NGL at chiller up stream. As a result Propane slippage in sales gas reduced from 2.8 mole% to 1.15 mole % which ends up with net increment of LPG recovery factor from 5.8 to 7.0M.Tons/mmscf
