Worked as a BSS Engineer from 2005 to 2007 as well as BSS TEAM-LEAD in an Operation Access Network in the Mobilink from 2008 to Dec 2010.
Responsible for giving Technical Support to the field Engineers as well as Technicians on the Issues related to BSC-Cabinets, PCU-Cabinets and BTS Cabinets.
Monitor all types of alarms and KPIs that affect the networks.
NOC experience to monitor alarms and KPIs.
Responsibilities
Being in ‘OPERATIONS ACCESS NETWORKS’ my responsibilities were also to co-operate with the other OAN regional teams, NSS & VAS Planning , IN Engineering Team, OMC, TXN & BSS Planning , RF Optimization,, Deployment & several Access Networks vendors etc.
