Responsibilities:-
My main duties are Technician of troubleshooting, calibrations and maintenance of field instrumentation and control systems.
Have hands on Experience on all instruments of Pressure, Temperature and Flow, namely indicator, controller, recorder transmitters control valves cascade, split ratio controls
Have full knowledge of Erection, Installation & commissioning of instrumentation.
Ability to understand P&I Diagrams, Instrumentation Hookup Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams Instrument Loop Diagram, Cause & Effect Table, Relay Logic Drawing, Ladder Logic Drawing etc.
Conversion of different pneumatic loops into electronic.
Integration of Mass Meters and Floboss with DCS (HMI).
I have worked during the running oil & gas plant at these control systems
Sale Gas Metering Recorders (ITT Barton), Calorific Value Recorders, Gravity Meter Recorders (Chandler Engineering), Burner Management System (Detronics), Flow Boss for Sale Gas Metering (Fisher), Gas chromatograph (Daniel D500)
I have worked during the erection and running plant at such kind standard calibration devices

Responsibilities:-
On a short time assignment successfully completed shutting down . Did jobs like field calibrations and commissioning of different instruments like I/P`s, Control valves, Pressure switches, differential pressure switches, pressure gauges and positioners.
