Responsible for all maintenance and safe operation of all packing Machines including Ishida, Astro and Volumetric machines which are fully automatic having Capacity of 70,000 pkt/hr.
Maintain the whole plant equipments and machinery in optimum working condition by applying effective preventive and Emergency maintenance in shortest possible time.
Supervise overall activates of packing section with uninterrupted operation of packing machines achieving all established quality standard of maintenance and production.
To monitor wastage of packing film aims at minimization of the same and approved standard.
Prepare the job schedule and implement CIP plan all over the plants
Designing ,erection , commissioning of any other plant machine through feasibility assigns by senior management as project handling
Responsible for all safe operation of variable speed drives and CPU, Pumps. Heat Exchanger, Cylinder, Gear boxes, etc
Also involved in trouble shouting of above mentioned machines.
To ensure the production of Packed Stuff of different flavors against target given by planning Department is also my responsibility.

Responsible for all Maintenance and safe operation of Potato Chips Plant having capacity 450Kg/hr. This Plant is fully automatic, American and equipped with PLC Siemens.
Extrusion Plant America:
Responsible for all Maintenance and safe operation of all equipments of Extrusion plant having capacity 80Kg/hr
PEL Plant (Singapore):
Responsible for all Maintenance and safe operation of all equipments of PEL plant having capacity 250Kg/hr.
Utilities:
Responsible for all Maintenance and safe operation of all utilities including Chillers, Compressors, Boiler, Dryers and Heat Exchangers
