Responsibilities

o Health, Safety, Security, & Environmental - working knowledge to ensure a safe and environmentally sound operation.
o Work with engineering, automation technical authority, electrical technical authority, and IC&E team to establish and maintain equipment and installation standards.

o Perform pre-startup safety reviews with operations and construction personnel
o Experienced in a large modern power plant in relevant field of work is required.
o To liaise with the Electrical Supervisor /Senior Electrical Technician on the concerned complex for carrying out the Preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance of all Electrical equipment.
o To cover the maintenance activities of Power Generation and Distribution (LV & MV) on both Urea & Ammonia Plants.
o Good understanding of Combined Cycle Gas Turbine technology and 5 or more years’ experience as Electrical Technician in a modern power plant.
o Hands on experience in field maintenance and of major equipment’s of a Combined Cycle power and Water stations with ample exposure to computerised maintenance management functions is desirable and an added advantage.
o Work with planning and scheduling team to coordinate job scheduling
o Ensure the safe operation of the electrical systems like as UPS DC network and protection system of Electrical Network.
o Ensures availability of most commonly used spare parts, arranging stores, maintaining records of all items and reports to Senior Electrical Technician/Electrical Supervisor in case of shortage of any materials.
o Proven record in electrical maintenance and be conversant with international HSE best practices.
o Coordinate with other departments for trouble shooting, pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical equipment.

  Enven 1.3 project was the world's largest single train Urea/Ammonia complex project which was totally owned by world's best Italian construction company Saipem. Project was successfully completed with in time with highly safety compromising record.
  It was a great experience to utilize our knowledge and to gain and share knowledge with different peoples about erection and commissioning of any chemical process plant which helped us to improve our knowledge so we were able to throw all those expertise to the erection and commissioning of the plant to meet the high instrumentation standards
